# Does BIXBI offer a satisfaction guarantee?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we’ll do our best to make things right.

Customers should return items within 30 days from the original purchase date. We are unable to accept returns made after 30 days from the original purchase date, except at the discretion of our customer service team. We are unable to accept returns on expired products.
